Maddie, the original matriarch of the same colony as Bagheera, was once a distant figure at feeding times, always staying a parking lot away. We discovered she had been TNVR'd years ago. Fortunately, we were able to re-trap her, update her vaccinations, and bring her to the sanctuary's safety. Once a distant greeter to new arrivals, Maddie has now become the sanctuary's beloved lap cat. Sit down any day of the week, and Mattie will hop onto your lap, living her best life.
